A unique feature of this two-story unit is the spiral staircase to the second floor- please consider if traveling with young children. The expansive primary bedroom occupies the majority of the upstairs and is large, bright, and welcoming. The expanse creates a luxurious sanctuary filled with natural light from numerous windows that frame the mountain and city views. The bedroom seating area with a comfy chaise and a couple of chairs rests in the spacious suite. A flat-screen TV makes it inviting to indulge in movie night from the king-size bed.If it's a working vacation, there is a desk here as well. French doors open to an expansive tile terrace off this primary bedroom, with the added convenience of an external staircase leading down to street level. The bathroom on this level features a glass walk-in shower and sliding door to the east side of the terrace, making it feasible to arrive home after a crisp ocean swim, pop up the outside stairs, and jump in a nice warm shower without a grain of sand hitting the interior floors. Genius!
On the upper patio, there is a nice sitting area, and a round dining table will be the ideal spot for any al fresco meal or casual conversation. There is also a stainless steel BBQ to delight the grill master in your group. This terrace offers a great bird's eye view to experience the vibe and energy of the neighborhood too. Guests can also enjoy the 4th of July fireworks or take a baseball game at Pershing Park during the summer season. Super fun!

Perfect Location!
The location is great and the Airbnb was perfect for six of us. The beds were comfortable and the outside deck on the second floor was wonderful. One small downside was the 10:00am checkout with no possibility of sliding it just a little later.

Our stay at Vacation Rental Santa Barbara was fantastic. The home is spacious, well appointed and beautifully decorated. The location couldn't be better, close to the beach and shops. VRSB kept in contact to make sure everything was easy. They had amenities like beach chairs and towels and everything was in great condition, very clean.

Such a Gorgeous Spot!
This was such a gorgeous spot to stay for a long weekend with friends. It was comfortable, clean, and had lots of room for 6 of us to spread out. The hosts were responsive and communicative and the guest book had lots of recommendations for things to see and do. It was really easy to walk over to State Street, the beach, and the Funk Zone—we left our car parked for most of our stay. There are two little grocery stores within two blocks that made it easy to have a few meals in, and we loved sitting out in the sunny patio to enjoy the views of the mountains.

Everything We Needed!
We enjoyed our stay in West Beach. The house was clean and had everything that we needed. The upstairs master was enormous with a wonder outside sitting area. We could walk to the beach with lots of shops and restaurants close by. We would stay here again.

Great Location & Beautiful Condo!
My family and I stayed here for 3 nights and absolutely loved it! The location is perfect. Close to the beach, restaurants and stores. It comes with everything you need…beach chairs, towels, all sorts of kitchen appliances, even keurig k pods! They beds were super comfortable (much better than any hotel I’ve stayed at). Very cozy setting that is great for hanging out with family when you get a little tired from being out all day. We will definitely stay here again.

This Place is Amazing!
This place is amazing! The pictures and posting don't do it justice. It's super spacious, and still comfortable, and each room is decorated beautifully. They have everything you need, and the communication was great! Plenty of room to spread out, you could easily have a large family or 3 couples stay here. Plus the beds are really comfy! The location is fantastic - a quick 5 minute walk to the water or to State street. We would absolutely stay here again! Look forward to our next visit :)

Beautiful Condo Near Stearn's Wharf!
A beautiful condo near Stearn's Wharf was spacious and comfortable for our stay. A minor issue with the heat not turning on but the property management responded quickly and worked to find a solution until they could get the issue fixed. The room sizes, closet sizes, and bathrooms were all great, very clean and love the fact that this was pet friendly and in a walkable area.
