How can I check the status of my order? If you have an account, sign in and navigate to the account dashboard. From there, you can click on Order History and expand the View Status drop-down next to your order, or click See Order Details to view additional status information and track shipped orders.
How long does it take to get school pictures back from Lifetouch? ›
When do school portraits arrive? Your child's portraits will be delivered to school about three weeks after Picture Day or your proof order due date. For some late orders or reorders, you may have the opportunity to get your order shipped directly to your home.
Can you order pictures from Lifetouch after Picture Day? ›
Ordering or Paying After Picture Day
Find your Portrait ID and Access Code, which is unique to each student, on your proofs or order sheet. For up to 9 months after your Picture Day you can use your Portrait ID and Access Code for a first-time order or to reorder additional pictures and photo gifts.

Q: When will my child's pictures be delivered? A: All online orders will be shipped two weeks following Picture Day. If you returned your order form to your center, it will take approximately 3-4 weeks.
Does Lifetouch keep old photos? ›
If you are a Lifetouch Customer, our goal is to make the photos we create available to you for years to come, and we will endeavor to retain a digital copy of one or more of your current and future school photos for you to claim and archive in your Shutterfly account for as long as that account remains active.

Q: Can I return my order? A: Due to the nature of custom print, returns are not allowed. If there is a problem with your order, please contact the Printshop Customer Service Team by phone, email or online chat. One of our specialists will help you resolve any issue you may have.

We offer retouching options for portraits, so you don't have to worry about little things like scrapes or blemishes on Picture Day. Our satisfaction guarantee includes the option for Picture Day retakes or a full refund if you're not satisfied with your child's portrait.
Does Lifetouch give refunds? ›
The Satisfaction Guarantee means Lifetouch will retake portraits or give a full refund. For fall pictures, many schools offer a retake day about 6-8 weeks after the original Picture Day. The school will send out a new flyer for the retake pictures. Return the original package to the photographer on the retake day.
Prints and other products in your order will be mailed home. If ordering digital images only, all session images are provided but do not include retouching.

Help your child pick out clothes and colors that look good on them. After all, your child is the star of the photo—not their shirt, so avoid slogans, logos, and big patterns. Small jewelry and accessories are fine but nothing too big or distracting.
